This Shipping Policy outlines how Montvell processes and delivers orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days following order confirmation.
- Bespoke or made-to-order items have extended processing times, which will be communicated at the point of purchase or design approval.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Destinations
Montvell currently ships:
- Within the United Kingdom
- International destinations (subject to availability and destination restrictions)
If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express / Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (where available)
International Delivery
- Standard International: 5–10 business days
- Express International: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Shipping method selected
- Order value
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Insurance & Tracking
All Montvell shipments are:
- Fully insured for their declared value
- Tracked, where the courier service supports tracking
A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- Montvell is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Refused or unclaimed shipments may be returned at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
Montvell cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Courier delays beyond our control
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
Change of Address
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Returns & Shipping
Returned items must be shipped using a tracked and insured service. Montvell is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
